To free-up coordination she placed careful attention in the process of tissue contraction and relaxation (fascia training), sensory perception, and body – mind dissociation training. In the quest for finding a broader view, she continues to place interest in other holistic practices such as Body-Mind Centering®, Mindfulness, Yoga, and explores thesis about the natural evolution in humans, animals and in Mother Earth.

Her work has grounded in a day to day practice: Entropy Movement Research. For more than a decade she facilitates her training method. International organization where she has taught :

EMR_Sensory Training

In essence we will play. I will be there to guide and promote a skin-felt environment to tune into, and research. To enable movement I will propose simple tasks. The complexity generally appears when the thoughts and the sensations begin to dissociate. We will explore mass concepts (bidirectionality, malleability, anchoring structures, collaboratory forces, tissue memory, connecting elastics, intensity, energy) and cultivate compositional interest (space, sound, presence, interpretation).

In essence we will connect with our senses, breath, feel, perceive, recognise, acknowledge and register. Careful attention will be placed when testing the mechanics of the joints and the functional capacities of the muscles. We will welcome new entries of movement by enriching the power in observation, analysis, integration, and by cultivating awareness, self reliance and curiosity. We will study the self, the room, and the collective.

In essence we will meet horizontally as one more example in the room. ‘There we will dare’ to find our own truth. From an open stand I invite you to play, connect and meet.
