She is also one of the artistic directors of Mold, a collective creating site- and situation-specific works that explore audience participation and tactile choreography.

Soledad currently teaches in the theatre education program at Nordiska teaterskolan.

Class description:

IN CLASS The class is for all bodies who want to explore the potential of dancing together. I draw inspiration from postmodern dance and from my process when working with actors on the theatre stage. By working with another body, we discover our own.

The session begins with a warm-up for both body and mind, including somatic practices, sensation, activation, partnering, and spatial awareness. It then develops into a series of games and exercises that create improvised duos and group dances.

Participants from all disciplines and backgrounds are warmly welcome.
