Class description:
IN CLASS The class focuses on musicality, fluidity and fast movement where your brain will work just as hard as your body with bucketloads of positivity because ballet can be fun if you make it fun!
The class is based on the French ballet technique (Opera de Paris) seasoned with Balanchine technique as it is the backbone of my training as a dancer and Forsythe movements. I call my class – ballet of the 21st century – fast, fierce and chic. I believe that ballet needs to (and can) be danced and in my class dancers do dance.
