Class description: I teach a [dynamic] release based class using choreographic phrases to warm up the body systemically, centre, floor, jumps, traveling and phrases. There are elements from the teachers and many choreographers I have worked with throughout my career, so there will be some hybrid elements. I like to move a lot and keep it upbeat. I like to work with a mixture of form and structure whilst working towards fluidity, strength and openness. But having been a rep dancer myself for over 11 years, I am sensitive to changing situations. Come along and let’s have some fun and dance.
